On your own or with up to 6 people – discover our flexible rates for your perfect stay. Our prices vary by season and number of guests.
You'll see the exact price, including all fees, as soon as you enter your travel dates and number of guests.
Prices
- Prices are in euros per night and apartment, without meals.
- Tourist tax (Ortstaxe): €2.60 per person per night (aged 15 and over)
- Final cleaning: €80
- Cash payment only – credit cards are not accepted.
Deposit & payment
- Your booking is confirmed once we have received the deposit.
- Deposit: 30% of the total price.
- The balance and any extra costs are paid in cash on arrival. We do not accept credit cards.

We recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellation.
Arrival & departure
- Check-in from 15:00
- Check-out by 10:00
- If you need to leave very early, you can leave the key in the letterbox at the house by arrangement.
- A lost key will be charged at €50.
Off-season benefits
Fewer crowds, more space on trails and slopes: in the off-season the valley shows its quiet side.
- From just 2 nights: short breaks are possible too.
- Flexible arrival: any day, no fixed changeover days.
- More time for you: early check-in and late check-out by arrangement, at no extra cost.
- Stay longer, pay less: from 7 nights you get a discount of up to 10 %. Just ask us.
- Free rebooking: to another date, as long as there is availability.
- Luggage in good hands: after check-out your suitcases can stay with us for a few hours, e.g. for one last hiking day.
- Extend spontaneously: extend your stay on site if the dates are free.
In addition, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply. There is no 14-day right of withdrawal when booking accommodation for a specific period (§ 18 (1) 10 FAGG). Subject to change. Read the AGBH 2006 (WKO)
